Transport Control Centre (TCC) technology strategy and roadmap

Strateum was engaged by the Department of Transport & Main Roads to map their current state technology stack for the operations of the Transport Operations Centre and develop a technology strategy and roadmap as part of a transition to a new statewide Transport Coordination Centre (TCC). This engagement included a fit for purpose review of existing systems and applications, future state requirements based on the TCC Concept ofOperations, a contract and commercial review and extensive market scanning. The final technology strategy and roadmap was used to develop a business case and procurement strategy to assist in the multi-year transition.
