Strateum was engaged to take overall program delivery responsibility for the state-wide common ticketing system.This engagement involved:
- Establishing program governance
- Conducting a procurement in order to enter into a contract with a ticketing system supplier
- Managing the ticketing system supplier delivery
- Leading a program team delivering:
- Network data aggregation and feed
- Customer care and customer support channels (call centre, app)
- Retail network
- Policy and regulation change
- Customer communications
- Ticketing operations (finance, operator support, network data interface)
The new system commenced initial operations in December 2025.
