Strateum was engaged by our client to prepare a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and high level solution design for the digital customer channels for a next generation public transport ticketing system.
The engagement required us to conduct stakeholder workshops with a range of internal stakeholders, and work with the client’s internal solution design team. The outcome was a Concept of Operations document describing in detail the interactions between the future digital channels, and the stakeholders interacting with these channels. A high level solution design was also delivered in conjunction with the in house solutions team.
