Preparation of Ticketing Concept of Operations

Strateum was engaged by PTSA to prepare a CONOPS for the future account-based ticketing system. This engagement involved conducting workshops with a broad range of PTSA staff and stakeholders in order to gain an understanding of the future requirements, and anticipated future state of the Adelaide fare collection system. Following the workshops, Cormeum prepared and presented the CONOPS to PTSA stakeholders. The CONOPS was subsequently used to support an open procurement process for the future ABT.
