We help our clients develop a strong vision and detailed understanding of their future state and customer proposition (a strategy). We then help identify what business changes and supporting products and platforms are required, and when to achieve that goal (a roadmap). This helps our clients remove wasted investments and deliver great customer outcomes quicker.
We help our clients prepare for and conduct technology procurements. We conduct detailed requirements identification, and market analysis to confirm the ability of suppliers to meet our clients’ needs. We assist our clients in developing a procurement strategy (expected outcome, stages, timings). We develop procurement documentation suites, and help our clients engage with the market. Where appropriate we work with our clients to conduct supplier workshops, and assist in evaluation and contract negotiations.
We have provided extensive support to a range of different technology procurements in recent years, assisting in developing solution requirements, engaging with the market, preparing tender documentation, and running evaluation teams
We help our clients establish sound program delivery structure and governance. We conduct detailed program and project planning with our clients, assisting them in identifying the most effective delivery path. We run and engage with program boards and steering committees, supporting our clients through complex decision making in the delivery stage. When required, we conduct independent program and project reviews.

Russell is Strateum's founder. An experienced business executive providing consulting and advisory services to the transport, electricity and payments industries. With 20 years experience leveraging innovation and technology to make businesses better. Business and technology strategy; program establishment, control and health checks; strong alignment of technology initiatives to business outcomes. Graduated with degrees in Science (1997), Information Systems (2002) and Business Administration (2017).
Martin is a Principal Consultant and Director at Cormeum and a transport specialist working with multiple clients throughout Australia, New Zealand and globally. Martin has delivered ICT strategies, roadmaps, business cases, significant procurements, contract negotiations and program and project implementations. He has also filled senior operational roles, running large scale public transport networks. Martin graduated with a degree in Business (2001)
