Ticketing implementation program assurance
Strateum was engaged by Waka Kotahi (New Zealand Transport Agency) to conduct an assurance review into the delivery of the National Ticketing System (NTS) in New Zealand. The review involved in person interviews with the program leadership team, some of the local Public Transport Authorities (PTAs) to whom the system was being delivered, and some Public Transport Operators (PTOs) whom would be required to use the system.
A comprehensive set of observations, recommendations, and a proposed action plan was prepared and presented to the NTS program leadership team.
