Significant ticketing system procurement

Strateum was engaged by Waka Kotahi to lead the evaluation of two of the five RFT response modules submitted by suppliers in response to the National Ticketing System procurement. Specifically, Strateum lead the evaluation teams for the technical and project delivery responses. In each case a team of specialist external resources, and internal PTA staff were brought together to form the evaluation team. Cormeum had responsibility for:

• Ensuring team membersappropriately reviewed tender responses
• Ensuring team membersappropriately scored tender responses against the agreed evaluation criteria
• Conducting moderationactivities for each of the evaluators scores
• Preparing and certifying finalscores and submitting these to the RFT evaluation committee
