
Retail/vending strategy for public transport ticketing system
Strateum was engaged by PTSA to prepare a strategy for delivering retail services to customers of the public transport ticketing system in Adelaide, Australia. The engagement involved the analysis of current state retail/vending data across the network in order to determine current customer behaviour and purchase patterns. Next an analysis of the existing retail assets was conducted to determine ongoing feasibility. A future state retail/vending vision was then prepared taking into account customer behaviour changes in Australia and other jurisdictions. Strateum then prepared and presented a roadmap in order for PTSA to achieve the future state.
