Preparation of Ticketing System Concept of Operations

Strateum was engaged by Waka Kotahi to develop a Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for the NTS Account Basted Ticketing system. The new ticketing system represented significant change for Waka Kotahi, its customers, and other stakeholders, in terms of how the system would be used and operated. The CONOPS was developed to detail the future customer, transport agency, transport operator and ticketing vendor experience and operations. The final CONOPS was used to ensure a shared understanding and alignment on how each aspect of the ticketing and associated customer and operating systems would function.
