Preparation of ITS Lifecycle framework
Strateum was engaged by the Department of Transport & Main Roads to prepare a lifecycle framework for roadside ITS assets within Statewide Network Operations (SNO). The engagement involved working with key stakeholders in the newly formed SNO to understand the current state of ITS asset management, and identify what was working, and where pain points were apparent. Strateum then prepared a blueprint asset management framework for ITS assets, and built the necessary information items and templates to support the implementation of the ITS Lifecycle Framework intoSNO.
