Commercial review of C-ITS solution
Strateum was engaged by the Department ofTransport & Main Roads to conduct a review of the C-ITS Central Facility built by the department, in order to support the CAVI project (Connected &Automated Vehicles Initiative) (https://www.qld.gov.au/transport/projects/cavi)
The department sought advice on the commercial options for the future of the Central Facility. Cormeum conducted a high level solution review, a desktop market scan, and interviews with key stakeholders in the department, and in the ITS and vehicle industry. A set of findings and recommendations were documented and presented to the CAVI project board.
