
Business case for account-based public transport ticketing system
Strateum was engaged by PTSA to prepare a business case for the procurement and implementation of a new Account-Based-Ticketing system to replace the existing card-based ticketing system. Strateum developed this business case identifying customer and PTSA benefits, financial and economic modelling, increased security, reduced operational costs and forecast increased patronage. The business case was subsequently approved and Strateum are currently supporting PTSA’s open market procurement.
