
Assurance review of ticketing system requirements
Strateum was engaged by our client to conduct an in depth review of their requirements for the procurement of a next generation ticketing system. Given the breadth and depth of the requirements, and the short timeframe available for the review, Strateum partnered with Tranzpayments (www.transpayments.com) to ensure that all necessary technical expertise was available and to ensure that the review was conducted to an appropriate level of detail, in a very short timeframe.
Strateum performed an in depth analysis of the requirements documentation, prepared a detailed set of recommendations and actions in document format, and presented our findings and recommendations to the project board. Strateum’s work was then factored into the requirements documents prior to going to a public procurement.
